An EICR records the condition of a property's fixed electrical installation: the wiring, circuits, protective devices, earthing and accessories.
We inspect and test the installation, then issue a written report setting out its condition and any coded observations. Where remedial work is needed, we explain what each observation means and what is required to resolve it. Reports are produced for homeowners, landlords and commercial premises.
